Development of a new way to handle and unload wounded coils on winders using the minimum manpower involvement, in order to reduce downtime and optimize the production costs and efficiency.

Two Automatic Strapping Heads with a two notches locking system. Those units have been bought second-hand, being revamped and set-up at our workshops to strap coils through the eye at three points, this within a cycles time of 30 seconds each unit, and are available for a very low budget.

A special tailor-made winder table for soft PVC-profiles has been developed, where feeding speed, product guiding and rotation of the mandrel are controlled by a special computer program. This unit is presently in the phases of being start-up and commissioned.

In order to stabilize and increase production capacity an accumulator was considered to be fit into an existing production line using a bypass line in combination with a podium construction.

The increase of the production of industrial rolls demands a new concept for an Automatic Assembling Unit, which inserts a Stop-bolt inside the Rim, before the Roll being pressed on to it. The output-capacity is about 900 pieces per minute.
