Pickling Lines
Rusty and scaled raw material is guided like a spiral through an acid-bath, neutralized and passivated before being recoiled.
Our specialty is the Conti-Spiral technology, which gives an output-capacity of about 20.000 to 80.000 tons/year on narrow sheets up to 500 mm width with minimum installation area requirement.

1. The illustration shows the acid-tray, which has been covered with acid-resistant bricks.
Above two driven rods in Stainless-steel quality guide the strip in spiral form through the bath, which gives on a short distance a pickling time of about 2 minutes.
