Recycling Lines
Car tires will be separated from the inner steel-shell and milled to rubber flakes at various grain sizes.
Those are stored in silos, before being mixed to special molt composition, with additives, such as glue.
A fixed amount of this composition will be filled into dies; under pressure and elevated temperature rubber rolls are manufactured, which are applied to industrial rolls.

1. Tires will be recycled and processed for the manufacturing of industrial rolls.

2. A dosing unit has been tested under real production conditions, before being integrated.

3. The illustration shows the press and the die testing unit, which will produce rubber roll.
|
|
|
4. A special recipe of Polyurethane and different sizes of rubber- granulates are mixed and dosed into the heated dies by a mobile robot, which also unloads the finished good after being processed.
Six presses are served by the unit.
