Pick & Place Assembling Lines
Semi finished products are sorted, checked, loaded, picked and placed in a way, that will create an assembled product.
Attached pictures show a production line assembling industrial rolls, with an output capacity of up to 1000 items/hour.

1. Pick and Place line showing the entry section, with storage vibration bunkers, the feeder and transported tables on a belt conveyor.

2. Rolls and Rims are stored in pallets, fed to the automatic montage line and got assembled together in eight different stages.

3. Exit side, showing a testing station, which selects the accepted goods through a slide into a box.
